Suzanne has over 20 years of direct marketing experience. She has
consulted with many high-profile clients representing a wide variety of
industries. This significant industry understanding helped Suzanne to
create her unique vision of creating a consulting firm that focuses
both on customer behavior and overall profitability when developing
marketing strategy. Hence, RRW was born in 2004 with its strong
back-bone that relies on data and analytics–always applied to solving
client-specific marketing problems.
Career Accomplishments:
- Data and Industry Expertise:
Suzanne has either worked for or purchased from all of the leading
direct marketing vendors in the nation. She spent over 10 years of her
career representing data, data processing and database services for
Metromail, Experian and Database America (now InfoUSA), where she
consistently was recognized as a high-performer. Her hands-on sales
experience has given her a grasp of what tools and products work and
which don’t. She brings this deep-level understanding of the
marketplace to each consulting assignment and every client project.
- Creativity:
Suzanne also has agency experience through her tenure at a leading West
Coast direct response advertising agency, HDM Worldwide Direct. As
Account Manager, she was the liaison between the client, creative
services and production. Accounts she supported included: Pacific Bell,
American Suzuki Motorcycles and Las Brisas Resorts. Suzanne’s creative
skills allow her to bring a unique perspective to each new client
engagement. Suzanne consistently brings compelling ideas to her clients
that help them move their marketing strategy forward. She is a creative
and out-of-the-box thinker - and more often than not, our clients are
astounded by the positive effect that her ideas have on their business.

Suzanne understands that developing excellent relationships (both with
clients and vendors) is crucial to building and maintaining successful
business. Suzanne counts herself fortunate to enjoy many long-term
relationships that have withstood the test of time and changes in and

Suzanne’s analytical approach has helped her clients develop programs
with a focus on customer profitability. She has implemented successful
customer acquisition programs and has designed effective retention
strategies. She has experience in creating and tracking direct mail,
telemarketing and e-mail campaigns. Her ability to design analyses that
positively impacts new program design has helped our clients
effectively establish and grow new, profitable target markets.
Suzanne holds an undergraduate degree from California State University,
where she graduated with high honors in Communications/Advertising.
Suzanne happily makes her home in Portland, Oregon.
